Q: I am having difficulty opening some of the forms. What can I do?
A: Most of the forms are viewable in Adobe Acrobat only. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available free of charge.
Q: What if I am requesting special examination accommodations in accordance with the Americans Disability Act (ADA)?
A: Candidates who qualify for special accommodations due to disability must submit a letter to the Board of Registration of Psychologists requesting such accommodation, along with supporting documentation. This must be reviewed by the Board. After review, the Board will notify you by mail of your approval or denial. The Board will also notify PCS.
Q: Can I pay my license fee by phone?
A: Yes. If you have passed both the Jurisprudence and EPPP, you may pay by phone at 877-364-3926.
Q: What can be faxed?
A: The scheduling form can be faxed.
Q: What should I do if I have an address change?
A: Email your changes to mapsychology@pcshq.com or fax your changes to MA Psychology Coordinator at 615-846-0153.
