Fees may be submitted by certified check or money order made payable to PCS or with a MasterCard or Visa. Fees submitted are non-refundable and non-transferable. DO NOT MAIL PERSONAL CHECKS!
The application fee increased for any application received by PCS on or after April 1, 2014. Applications must have the correct fee to avoid a delay in processing.
Applications submitted with a money order or a certified check for the incorrect amount will be returned to the applicant and NOT processed.
